Editorial standards.

A recommendation is credible only when the reasoning, limits and commercial context remain visible.

01

Evidence before verdict

Products are considered in the context of real work. Where evidence is available, the recommendation records the plan, platform, workflows, limitations and review history. Missing evidence is omitted rather than implied.

02

Trade-offs stay visible

Who should avoid a product matters as much as who should choose it. Weaknesses and alternatives are not removed to improve conversion.

03

Judgement before revenue

Affiliate availability is considered only after the editorial verdict is formed. A product may earn a place without an affiliate programme, and a commercial relationship cannot create a positive verdict.

04

Corrections and review

Judgements are expected to change when products or evidence change. Material updates belong in the recommendation history rather than being silently overwritten.
